Split System A/C Service & Repair Information

Split System Diagnosis & Repair - $199 Service Call + Parts/Materials

  • If your unit isn’t working or it’s not working optimally, we can diagnose and recommend repairs. Some repairs may require new parts to be ordered; we will provide a recommendation and quote. Small faults can often be sorted on the day of the call-out.

Split System Service - $300 Per Unit

  • Recommended every 3 years for residential and yearly for busy commercial spaces. This will ensure the longevity and performance of your system for the best outcome.

    • Re-gas and replacement parts, additional costs if required, we will advise before

    • A service is comprehensive and includes the following;

Indoor Unit:

    • Remove and clean air filters

    • Remove plastic moulding from the front of the indoor unit and clean the fins and condensate drain tray

    • Flush out the condensate water drain pipe

    • Check all the wiring connections and tighten

    • Replace the plastic moulding and clean/disinfect

    • Refit the air filters

Outdoor Unit:

  • Check the refrigerant gas level

  • Check and tighten all electrical connections

  • Run the unit and check all running pressures and current draw

  • Check for gas leaks and tighten all gas fittings

  • Check heating/cooling operation and temperatures
